Want to learn more about Todd? Check out this video.
Todd Rotondo is a dedicated and committed public servant ready to put his determination, experience, and love of community to work for us!

First and foremost, Todd is a dedicated husband and father. He and Patrice have been married for 29 years and are the proud parents of Paige and Aidan, who both attended Beverly Public Schools. They live in Beverly’s Ryal Side neighborhood and are active members of its Civic Association. Todd and his brother, Michael, co-own Salerno’s Italian Eatery, a Cabot Street mainstay, serving North Shore residents and providing catering services for 27 years. He has volunteered for Beverly Public Schools in many roles over two decades and currently serves on the School Council at Essex Tech.
Now in his third term as Ward 1 City Councilor, Todd tirelessly advocates for his constituents and all of Beverly locally and at the State level, helping to secure grant funding for parks and trails, the new McPherson Youth Center, and projects like Beverly’s 400th Anniversary celebration in 2026. He is in communication with State officials regularly on the progress of the Hall Whittaker Bridge, Kernwood Bridge, and Bridge St. reconstruction projects.
Todd is ready to further support his community, continue his collaborations, and take his experience to Beacon Hill!
